Your package will arrive securely in signature Ashley Alves Collection sustainable packaging. We have implemented Colissimo Eco-shipping where available. 

 

Tracking & Timing

All Ashley Alves Collection items ship from Paris, France.  Tracking is provided with every shipping confirmation.

 

While all in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days, delivery dates will vary based on your location and item ordered. Made-to-order items have expected ship dates listed under bulleted product information. We will provide an estimated delivery date with your shipping confirmation once order has shipped. The shipping date indicates when the item is picked up by the carrier, and the delivery date when it is expected to arrive at your address.

 

You will receive a new tracking number from your national carrier once the item arrives at your country’s carrier distribution center. You will be able to track your item using both numbers.

 

Carrier

Packages ship from France with La Poste Colissimo International and then transfer to your national carrier. United States customers can expect to receive their packages by USPS.  

 

Customs

International packages may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. We are not responsible for any customs fees. Please be aware that by shipping internationally you may incur customs fees once your package is processed at your country’s distribution center.
